We have fixed assets of 50 million yuan, 6 transformers with a capacity of 6000 kVA, 6 medium frequency induction furnaces with a capacity of 8 tons, and 1 heat treatment kiln with a capacity of 400 tons. Processing equipment: 8 vertical lathes ranging from 2.5 meters to 8 meters, boring machines φ 90-200 4 units, φ 4 sets of 80-100 drilling machines, 8 sets of 1-12 meter gear hobbing machines from Wuhan Heavy Industries, with an annual production of 40000 tons of steel castings.
